Individual Therapy for Adults

I offer individualized treatment options for adults (18 and older).  Mature, older adolescents (age 16-17) are also welcome. These treatment options listed below are rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is widely supported through ongoing research as a highly effective therapeutic approach.​
