Driving Directions:

The East Cobb Office is located in the Providence Office Park at the corner of Roswell Road and Providence Road across from East Cobb Park. From the intersection of Johnson Ferry Road and Roswell Road, go east on Roswell Road past the Home Depot and Wellstar East Cobb Health Park. The entrance to Providence Park is on the right just past Providence Road. Follow signs to suite 63.

From I-75, use the right lane to take the exit onto GA 120. Go west on GA 120/Roswell Road past East Cobb Park on the right. Make a U-Turn at the stop light at Providence Road and then turn right into Providence Office Park. Follow signs to suite 63.

Parking Information:

Ample free parking is located in the front of the building.

If you arrive early, you may have a seat in the waiting area, and Dr. Keith will greet you at the time of the appointment.

Telehealth options available

In response to COVID-19 and in an effort to prioritize public health and safety, I am offering telehealth options as an alternative to in-person sessions. Telehealth options include HIPAA compliant video sessions or phone sessions. Online therapy services are offered statewide in Georgia. As a member of PSYPACT (mobility #7315), I am permitted to provide teletherapy services to patients in the following states: AZ, CO, DE, DC, IL, MO, NC, NE, NH, NV, OK, PA, TX, UT, and VA.

If you prefer to meet in-person, please call 404-585-4940 to book an appointment. In-person appointments are only offered at the Oakhurst location in Decatur until further notice.

To utilize video session, you will need access to a stable internet connection using a computer, iPad, tablet, or smartphone.
